Job Responsibilities : Performs all reception duties greeting all visitors, mail processing, office inventory control Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations Maintains human resources information system records Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files Assists with recruitment and interview process Maintains employee maintenance in Famous Software and labor tracking system Prepares all new hire packets for all company employees Ensures all employees have completed all new hire documentation Issues all new hire key cards and badges while working with Field Safety Coordinators to ensure efficient employee onboarding Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the Director of Human Resources Work Environment : This job operates in a professional office environment while using standard office equipment Position Type / Expected Hours of Work : This is a seasonal position that could potentially become a full-time position.
